Returns/Exchanges

​Returns are not currently accepted at this time, exchanges only. Exchanges must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Pieces need to be in exact condition it was sent in. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Personalized pieces are final sale. Please contact us to start an exchange.
Canceling or Changes
​You have the ability to cancel or change your order within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Repairs
Accidents happens. if you need a repair within the first 3 months of purchase, it's free!

Shipping
All orders are shipped through the USPS. Once your package is officially scanned in by the post office it is unfortunately not in our hands anymore. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
